But the taste was so good that I had decided to make this dish next when ever I prepare pav bhaji. Yes it uses left over pav bhaji.

If you do not have pav bhaji and you still want to make this yummy dish you can just make pav bhaji without potatoes and follow the remaining steps as it is. Just add Onion, Ginger garlic chilli paste capsicum and tomatoes to oil and cook it with pav bhaji masala , salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and turmeric. You can skip potatoes and that makes the process faster. Here I have added potatoes as I have used left over pav bhaji.
Its so simple, quick and tasty that even my hubby could prepare a batch for dinner that day and then boasted about cooking :-).
