Christmas is round the corner and this year I have decided to go completely healthy with my cakes. It is a complete myth that only maida cakes can be tasty. And another myth is that cakes can only taste good with eggs. Once you make this Eggless Whole Wheat Tutti Frutti Cake you will know for your self.
When I served this cake to my family nobody could guess it was a whole wheat cake. It is quick, without maida and without condensed milk. Adding tutti fruitti gives this cake additional crunch and little sweetness too.
Another positive thing about this yummy whole wheat eggless cake is that it needs no icing. You can have it as it is and believe me you wont miss the icing part.
Cakes are kids favourite and they finish it up in no time. And maida is not at all healthy for them. So whole wheat cake serves them a healthy option which even we can offer them without guilt. I had also tried Ragi Cake recently and it really turned out very well. I will be posting it soon.
Here I have used only Tutti Frutti but if you wish you can also add nuts of you choice. It makes it even healthier. This cake can be stored in fridge for 4-5 days. It is soft, moist and melts in mouth.
