Ingredients
  • 11/4cup maida
  • 2tbsp ghee
  • 3/4Cup Milk
  • 4tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/4tsp Sodabi carb
  • 3/4tsp baking powder
  • 1/2cup Mawa
  • 3/4cup sugar(Powdered)
Instructions
  1. Pre heat over at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
  2. By the time oven is pre heated take a big bowl and add Maida, Powdered Sugar, soda bi carb, baking soda and mix well.
  3. Take another bowl and add condensed milk, ghee,milk and mawa. Mix well.
  4. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps and make a smooth batter.
  5. Take cup cake mould or cake mould and apply butter or ghee. Dust it with flour and place a cup cake liner into it. Pour batter and make sure to fill it till it is half filled.
  6. Bake the cup cakes at 180 degree celcius for 20 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes check if the cakes are cooked properly by inserting a toothpick into it. If it comes out clean the cakes are done. Remove the cup cake liner and serve the cakes. It can be stored in refrigerator for a week.
