Ingredients
  • 2tbsp ghee
  • 2tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1tbsp Milk
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 1-2tsp Drinking Chocolate Powder/Cocoa Powder(for cocoa powder take 1tsp only)
  • Vanilla Essence(Few drops)
  • Alomonds(Few finely chopped)
  • 1/2Cup Chocolate Sauce
  • vanilla Ice cream/ice cream(Few Scoop of any ice cream of your choice for serving)
Instructions
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan.
  2. Add wheat flour to it. Start roasting it on slow flame.
  3. Once the wheat flour leaves raw smell add milk to it and mix well. Now add sugar and mix till it combines well with the other ingredients. Make sure sugar has dessolved completely and than add drinking chocolate powder to it. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Take a pan and place a butter/parchment paper into it. Place the mixture in this pan and garnish with chopped almonds or any nuts of your choice. Let it cool down before cutting it in square shape.
  5. Melt some chocolate and pour it on the brownies. Let it set for a while in fridge. No bake Whole Wheat Chocolate Brownie is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes

– You can also top it up with your choice of fresh fruits. You can also add chocolate sauce first and nuts later.
– Also you can garnish it with some more melted chocolate, gems, chocos or have it as it is. It tastes great when served with ice cream.

-Adjust the quantity of milk if it feels too dry in consistency.
